"Didn’t Match the Arrangement I Picked"
I ordered what was supposed to be a bright pastel arrangement from BloomNation, the one that arrived looked like it came from a completely different listing. Compared to the photo online, the colors were off, there were way fewer flowers, and even the vase didn’t look similar.
I totally understand flowers aren’t always going to match perfectly, but this wasn’t just a small substitution here and there. It felt like they sent whatever they had on hand, and for the price, I expected something much closer to what I actually ordered.

"Price jumped at checkout"
At first it looked like a good deal, like it was going to be cheaper than... well, that changed fast. By the time I got near checkout, extra fees had been added and the total was way higher than I expected. It felt a bit misleading, and for what it ended up costing, it just wasn’t worth it. I don’t think I’ll use BloomNation again

"Bad help when my order went wrong"
My flower order had an issue, which is annoying enough on its own, but trying to get actual help from BloomNation was somehow even worse. I reached out thinking it would be a simple fix, and instead I waited around forever just to get responses that sounded like they were copied and pasted from some generic customer service script.
I kept asking for a real solution or a refund, and all I got was the runaround with no clear answer. Like, why does fixing a messed-up order have to turn into a whole side quest? It was frustrating, stressful, and not worth it. I wouldn’t use bloomnation.com again.

"Delivery was way later than expected"
The flowers ended up showing up hours late, and I couldn’t get a clear update from anyone while I was waiting. They were meant for a birthday dinner, so the timing was kind of the whole point. Not saying it’s a scam, but it was definitely frustrating enough that I wouldn’t risk ordering from them again.

"The bouquet arrived already looking tired, with..."
The bouquet arrived already looking tired, with some petals wilting and brown around the edges. So, that was lovely. It definitely didn’t look like the fresh arrangement I thought I was paying for. For the price, I expected a lot better. Needless to say, I won’t be ordering from bloomnation.com again.

"Felt like the site just wasn’t listening"
Ordering was frustrating. The site was slow, checkout felt all over the place, and I had to put in my delivery info twice like it didn’t even register the first time. I did get the flowers ordered in the end, but the whole process felt messy and kind of like I was being ignored.
